Sermorelin acetate is a recently synthesized (man-made) peptide analogue of growth hormone releasing hormone (GHRH) a naturally occurring hormone that is produced in the hypothalamus and stimulates and controls the production of growth hormone (GH) within the pituitary gland.
GHRH, which is necessary for growth and development, was first described by Nobel Laureates R. Guilleman and A Shalley. In the 1970s one of their students, William Wehrenberg, began studying which part of the GHRH molecule was essential in stimulating the pituitary gland.
Alarelin (Gonadotrophin-releasing hormone) is a synthetic GnRH agonist. Alarelin is found in higher amounts than that of LH-RH in rat hypophyseal stimulation of gonadotropin secretion in vivo and in vitro and in ovulation inductions. Alarelin is known for its induction of ovulation and is used to treat endmometriosis.
Alarelin Acetate is the acetate form of a hypothalamic peptide that stimulates the release of FSH and LH from the pituitary gland.
Alarelin acetate is a gondatrophin releasing hormone. Natural forms of alarelin found in animals are used to induce ovulation. Synthetic versions of this product are created using an LH-RH antagonist which is commonly set in larger doses than the natural LH-RH that is typically found in the rat hypophyseal stimulation or the gondatoropin secretions in induced ovulation or in vitro.
This chemical is the acetate form of the natural hypothalamic peptide which is used by an animal's body to release LH and FSH from the pituitary gland. The peptide alarelin acetate has a single non-glycosylated polypeptide structure that is made up of nine amino acids.
Sermorelin is now used as a standard test for growth hormone secretion and is primarily prescribed for children who do not produce GH properly and fail to grow healthily as a result. It has a secondary, off-label use in "repairing" declining GH levels (a natural side effect of aging that leads to weight gain, decreased strength and muscle mass, and insomnia in elder subjects). GH levels typically peak at around 20 years of age in humans and fall by about 14% for every decade that passes, but use of Sermorelin can potentially rejuvenate GH back to youthful levels.

3. How to use:
Firstly, take an alcohol swab to the stopper of both your peptide vial and the vial of the dilutent.
Secondly, with a 1cc syringe and draw your preferred dilutent. Choose an amount that will make measuring the final product simple.
1ml(cc) per 10mg vial of Melanotan would mean each 10 mark on a U100 slin syringe would equal 1mg of Melanotan
1ml(cc) per 10 IU vial would mean each 10 mark on a U100 slin syringe would equal 1 IU
2ml(cc) per 10mg vial of Melanotan would mean each 10 mark on a U100 slin syringe would equal 1mg of Melanotan
2ml(cc) added to a 10 IU vial would mean that the 20 mark on a U100 syringe would equal 1 IU
Then, take the syringe with the dilutent and push it into the vial of lyophilized powder letting the dilutent dissolve the peptide.
Finally, after all of the dilutent has been added to the vial, gentling swirl (do NOT agitate or violently shake the vial) until the lyophilized powder has dissolved and you are left with a clear liquid. The peptide is now ready for use. Store your now reconstituted peptide in the refrigerator.
